Senior research technician (HBO) M/F

We are looking for a senior research technician with an interest in research that focuses on the technology of making and applying microarrays. As research technician you will work in a team on further optimization and improvement of the FlexArrayer. Furthermore, new applications will be developed that fit the needs of the market and specific questions of clients. Your job will involve working with the FlexArrayer to make custom microarrays and use those arrays in downstream experiments. In addition, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the FlexArrayers in our lab. You will work together with other molecular biologists, technicians and IT specialists in our group.

You have an HBO/poly-technical education in molecular biology and a clear interest in technological focused research. Candidates with microarray experience are preferred. You are pro-active with a flexible attitude, you are capable to discuss and solve problems, and you are a motivated colleague.
